RIP MS. ROSETTA! I grew up with you @ 520. I lived in Apt 4A. This is David. Me and my Mom (Mary, RIP) lived there from 1990, until her death in 2001. And I stayed until 2008, and then relocated to NJ and then to Charlotte NC. This is not the news I hoped to read when looking up our building. I remember you and Ms. Pat were always there making sure everyone was taken care of. OMG. I can'gt believe this news! Artie passed along, as well in 2015. My childhood is just shattered.
